We stand behind the quality of our rugs and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You can return your rug at any time within 30 days of delivery, for a refund or replacement, as long as the rug does not show any signs of use or wear.

Damages During Shipping

We take great care in packaging our rugs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your rug arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please notify us immediately upon receipt. To initiate a claim for shipping damage:

• Contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damaged rug and the packaging.
• Retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a denial of your claim.

Return Requests for Opened Packaging

We understand that you may need to open the packaging to inspect your new rug. However, if you decide to return the rug after opening the packaging, please ensure that it is returned in the original condition, without any signs of use, wear, or damage. Rugs that have been used or are not in their original condition may be subject to additional fees, as outlined below.

Restocking Fee for Used Rugs

If a rug is returned and shows signs of use, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. This fee covers the costs associated with restoring the rug to sellable condition. The exact amount of the restocking fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned rug. Please note that this policy is only applicable within 30 days of your rug being delivered.

How to Return a Rug

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Carefully repackage the rug in its original packaging materials. If the original packaging is not available, please ensure that the rug is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
3. Ship the rug back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to defect of damage.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned rug, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
